20.0Â g Crushed Coriander - added during boil, boiled 1Â m
50.0Â g Orange Zest - steeped immediately after boil
20.0Â g Bobek (6.17%) - steeped after boil - 80c for 30 mins
300Â g Rowse Honey - To be added to secondary

I wanted something tangy, zesty, citrusy, sweet and fruity for the sunshine and this is it. I also wanted it to have a nice maltiness hence the caramalt and crystal. The orangey goodness coming from the fermenter at the min is unbelievable. 50g was defs a good decision!!
OG was 1042
Will rack this beer onto honey in 3 weeks time. Reckon I could be enjoying this one in 6 weeks time.
