I decided to do this kit today ready for drinking in the summer when we're back from Honeymoon. We're away for almost a month so it will have a good undisturbed maturation period!
Here you go.......
First the kit ingredients

The LME and the Beer Enhancer stirred in with 3 litres of boiled water

The wort start SG @ 1.042

The Wort temperature @ 22C

And finally the dried lager yeast Safale S23 sprinkled on top of the wort
