I wouldn't mind giving that honey ale a bash, obviously...wouldn't be using whitehouse honey though. Looks pretty straightforward and I was pleased to see that it's a partial extract brew.

I wasn't, to be a chef at the white house you have to be very good at what you do and he's supposed to be a home brewer so I was expecting an all grain recipe. I've just ordered the honey ale from brew uk. I've done a couple of kits so thought I'd give a partial a go. What's the worst that can happen?
