Nope. I'd also be suspicious of dealing with a company that doesn't give a telephone number or trading address anywhere on their website (after dealing with the homebrew-company-that-shall-not-be-named back in the dim and distant....)
Not intentionally casting them in a bad light, but I'd personally feel a lot more confident if they'd provided the info - and a legit company has nothing to hide on that front.
Be cautious.

I've tried emailing them a couple of times to find out when they will have kegs in stock and had no response from them, not a great way of getting any new custom....

There have been a few threads on here and he seems legit:

Although I have to say that I would also expect a decent email response time from such a business...

Re: Anyone used these guys for cornies?
I had two from him. Quick delivery and both were gas tight. They needed reconditioning though in terms of o rings but that was about it other than a good clean. They were in good condition. Once looked nearly new and they other was fine. Like any second hand corny keg though expect there to be some minor dents etc but they're pretty robust pieces of kit.

That is Lopytog from the forum. great guy to deal with. My kegs were ace. gas tight. just had to replace seals and give a clean to the insides

& dont forget if your replacing the seals, use the US ebay seller (red silicone ones) cheap as chips + make a very good seal.

When going for disconnects threaded or barbed?
Re: Anyone used these guys for cornies?
You want the 1/4" flare disconnects so you can screw a John Guest fitting on. Mush better than barbed and having to attach the pipe with a jubilee clip.

Just to clear up the contact details.
The Legalities of Website Contact Information
In fact, did you know that it is UK law for most companies to disclose their contact details on their website? According to the Companies Act, January 1, 2007, and Business Names Act 1985 a UK company should list its physical and registered office addresses. For sole traders and partnerships what is required is an address (P.O Box not allowed) in the UK under the business name where any documentation relating to the business can be served.
Thus, it is not acceptable just to include a contact form on your site but must also incorporate a geographical address somewhere easily visible to your viewers, as well as the inclusion of company registration number, and if registered, VAT number.
To clarify, these laws cover not only Ecommerce businesses buying and selling online, but also companies offering online information, web-hosting, and commercial advertising, to name but a few. These laws relate to businesses located in the U.K, not the location of the website server.
