I thought that I should try a second bottle of this brew as the sun is out now!

I tried a bottle after 1 week in the warm and it was obviously quite disappointing. (I never learn)

It's now 3 1/2 weeks old and is getting alot better. There are some hop fruit flavours still at the forefront, but I'm sure that they will mellow as time passes.

Carbonation and head retention are very good for a young brew and the mouthfeel is really silky, yum!

It suffers slight chillhaze too when it's straight from the fridge.

The most impressive thing about the yeast sediment is how it's welded to the bottom of the bottle in such a way that I can pour every drop from the bottle ;-).

Lol, I've been away for a week and didn't get chance to cut it before we went.

I'll get it sorted for you ASAP ;-)
