The so called "water" book by palmer and friends

can anyone let me know when this will available?
This year? or next year or is the subject soooo complicated we cant agree?

AJ and I finished technical editing for the book several months ago. John and the book editor have been finalizing the layout and typesetting. I saw John and the editor at the AHA national conference in Philly last Saturday and they confirm that the book should be in print and in distribution in October or November of this year. Its a reality.

I have it on pre-order with amazon. Received an email on Thursday bringing the estimated release date forward to the 5th - 8th of October from the previous one of 17th- 19th October, so looks like it won't be too long now...

Based on Martin's comments on here and the Bru'n Water calculation sheet I have a feeling the book will be very good. Very much looking forward to it.

On balance I found it a little disappointing too, but on reflection it just shows how little is still known about how hops are used in brewing.
Good to hear that the Water book is imminent, I thought it was already out in the States.
