2l white grape
1l apple
1 tin rhubarb.
Sugar to 1.080
Water to 4.7l
Pectolase
Bentonite
Yeast and nutrient

This wine is a little cracker. Can also sub the rhubarb for a tin of lychees which makes a very high quality wine indeed.

Well, got woke up during the night with a loud bang
The orange WoW exploded and blew the air lock off, got covered in liquid and the walls took a hit as well
Has this happened to anybody else ?

Pineapple WOW has not cleared yet, added finings last week and still hazy, so I added more finings when I racked it, is it ok to do this.
BTW just bottled my orange WOW, and had a glass of the leftovers absolutely beautiful.

Unusual for it to blow the airlock. I guess it got clogged up and couldn't release the gas. Had a few spill over but no blow outs, yet.....
