Anyone done a Kellerbier ?

Only get the chance to drink it when I go to a speciality beet shop but one always ends up in the basket and I always enjoy it somewhere between a dunkel and a lager sweet and malty.
I know it's a diverse style but has anyone made a good one.

This is low carbonated unfiltered pale lager. I drank many of them and this seems the only difference from typical lagerbier you can find everywhere.

I'd brew it as such (pilsner malt to 12 Plato, German hops to 25-27 IBU), then on packaging carbonate it to 1.7-1.8 vols CO2 and serve it like hefe weissbier, with yeast.

One of my favourites is Urban Chestnut Zwickel, which is a 100% true-to-style Helles lager, but skip the filtration step at the end, serve it fresh and cloudy, the way most homebrewers must anyway…
