UPDATE: His golden ale was delicious, but he remembered wrong. That recipe didn't contain MCI Stout Malt after all, but his Smoked IPA did. The Smoked IPA was pale coloured and tasty too, but too smoky for me to tell much about the MCI Stout Malt's contributions. Oh well.

Fabulous looking (and tasting) ESB! I'm curious though, how did the cranberry mild turn out?

Still "lambicizing" away in a secondary fermentor in the basement. I'm hoping it's a nice tart holiday brown ale. I'll make sure you get some when the time comes. :)
