A great watch Marstons one ale of a job

Hi everybody. I hope you are all watching the new brewery prog on TV =D> .Marstons one ale of a job on friday evenings at 8pm on channel 5. Watched last night very interesting following brewery in real life. Marstons was a great brewery with great beers now owned by Banks. Nice to filter out the bits that are great.

Just set record thanks. It's on Channel 5 +24, not 5*.

It would be great for evryone to post comments on this TV series. Maybe we can watch closer than your average drinker and pick up tips that may help us all.

Well I, for one, enjoyed it. The draymen were 21st century versions of Julian and Sandy bringing me fond memories of a vastly different world I once inhabited.
Thanks for the prompt and am already looking forward to the next episode.
Without patience, life becomes difficult and the sooner it's finished, the better.

Diabolical programme. Can a mainstream free to air channel not try a little bit harder than that?!

Agreed, it's very dumbed down! Interesting to see a commercial set up though and how they're run.
I didn't realise they boiled their wort in a pressure cooker so at least learnt something!
