Coopers Pale Ale Xmas Special with photos.

Xmas is a coming :shock: and I need a belly warmer for myself and friends. I will keep you informed through photos of my special brew :)

Coopers Brewmaster Pale Ale kit. http://www.coopers.com.au/homebrew/hbre ... d=1&id=124
1kg light spray malt.
1kg brewing sugar.
handfull fuggles hops boiled in rinsed can of wort for 15 mins.
Made up to 20 Litres.

DaaBs instructions.

O.G 1060.

Started 13 July. 18.00 hrs
photos 14 July 08.00 hrs

Now a pint of ice cold bottled Coopers 6 month old lager with 1kg pale malt and a handfull of sazz hops 5.5 percent ..its frigging delicious.

that looks lovely, im really impressed with these coopers kits, the stout is a blinder and ive an austrailian pale ale in conditioning which has been given a progress hop boil prior.

the tasters are good enough to drink now after only 5 days!

where does the patience come from??
