Hi, just popped into lhbs for a few bits, saw these so got 100g, now what's the best use of these?
no palate, no patience.

Usually low alpha, so I tend to use them at the end of the boil or for steeping / dry hopping.
I think they are a really nice hop....quite citrusy and somewhat floral......good aroma and blends well with other hops in IPA's.
Brewdog use it a fair bit.

Hi, thanks, might do an iPa with Apollo for bittering ( as I have some), then chuck the rest in late?

It's very nice, yeh, goes well with other late additions or even dry hop it, it brings a fruity flavour of many discriptions

IMHO, best to do a few small late additions of hops and some at flame out.

They are somewhat similar to cascades, so any beer that uses cascades could use ahtanum instead.
I'm just here for the beer.
