I am Just about to barrel my 2nd attempt and was wondering if you can leave it in the primary fermemting bucket too long?

my FG reading has been the same for the last 3 days but thought it may clear up if i leave it there another few days???

so far its been in the fermemting bucket since the 9/7/07 this has only been a week too

It is possible to leave it too long but this is probably in the region of months rather than weeks, leaving it a bit longer wouldn't harm it and in all likelyhood will actually improve it (it allows the yeast to clean up some of the unpleasant compounds it has made in the inital fermention).

due to unavoidable circumstance I had to leave my Coopers Sparkling ale in primary for 3 weeks. when I came to bottle it I tried a sample and it was mighty fine. strong, full bodied. A bit of bottle conditioning and served rom the fridge, should be a corker in a month or so...
