Dont boil, Steep at 70ºC for around 45 minutes.
I upped the grains to 200g - 250g depending on what I wanted out of it.

It's all experimental, this guide is quite old now, but principle is the same.

Cheers Geezah, My first question wasn't too clear. So I am going to steep for about 45 mins. Remove the grains, chuck in the Honey and then bring to boil. How long did you boil the wort ? Just 1 min or does it need longer?

I think you have slipped from kit brewing into extract brewing, the original kit becoming pre-hopped extract. You don't hear so much about extract brewing in the UK but it seems very popular in the US, I suspect that it is because extract is expensive here.

in any event it sounds like a good brew :)

Very inventive! I usee honey in quite a few AG brews and also found it hard to get the flavour to carry across. Some people add it halfway through fermenting and some swear by not boiling it at all. I'm planning on trying both at some point.
