Bulldog brewer question

Hello, just got one of these and looking forward to using it.... In the box with the instructions there wasn't anything about spare parts etc, so just me being a typical engineer and thinking ahead when something fails, I assume The importer Hambleton Bard also sources replacement parts? Has any one had to get new parts?
