The Crossmyloof Brewery. They have a page on facebook. I have ordered about four different sachet of yeast from them. The American Pale is very clean and very fast. Very impressed.

I ordered 5x kolsch and 5x US pale ale from them recently due to the other threads, looking forward to using them.

I've got the same 2 yeasts from them to try out. Reviews of them appear positive so far.

There is also Safale K97, which I've used before.

I ordered some thanks ...
Didn't arrive in time for the weekend brew but I did a nice session IPA instead .
If this yeast is as good as WLP029 I'll be a happy brewer....

+1, I like K97. I am glad that it is now supplied in the small sachets.

Same temp I got mine.

15c for 5 days, up to 20c over 2 days and then 20c for 7 days. I'll then crash to 0c and fine with gelatine. Looking forward to trying this brew. Haven't done a Kolsch before, also first ferment using BrewPi.

Two packs into 1.050 wort, fermenting at 15C. Might try the one pack next time.
