1/2 bsp to 10mm compression fitting

Looking for a compression fitting that i can screw into a 1/2 bsp equal t that drops to either s 10mm or 8mm fitting that i can feed microbore copper through. Dont mind if its s/s copper or brass

standard 10mm to 15mm jobbie will do the job,the thread on the 15mm end screws straight into 1/2 bsp

That makes sense kinda bloody pipe fitters. The only ones that kept coming up were herms bulkhead fittings and at ten quid a pop it was gonna become exspensive as i need 4

Cheers all my next question is some builds suggest 16mm i/d clear braided hose and a 16 x 1/2bsp hose tail but some suggest garden hose. Now braided hose would be best but ten metres is coming in at 20 quid then the tails at 4 quid each, i wasnt planning on spending more on the outside hose then the copper its self.
Anyone any suggestions on hose and connections type

the problem with garden hose is that the 12mm-12.5mm id creates more friction earlier when inserting the inner transport tube into the hose,

and a further problem with the flexible hose is the difficulty in ensuring the inner transport tube remains central and is not hugging the outer tube as this will reduce efficiency.

with my straight tube cfc i used 1" ID tube to carry the coolant with a 10mm od SS transport tube, to ensure the water flowed in a turbulant and effective manner i wound a spiral of redundant coax around the SS transport tubes.

so if opting for the wider bore tube i would suggest soldering a length of bare copper wire (salvaged from some solid core old twin n earth flex perhaps)
in a gentle guiding spiral around your copper transport tube to both hold it off the outer wall to a degree and promote a more turbulant flow around the beer.

yes its gonna cost a tad more but all those 10minute plus savings at the end of a brewday could be welcome too..

The problem i see with plastic pipe is it wont bend tight enough i dont think

Just been watching a vid on a parrell chiller build and the guy uses 20mm x1/2" slip threaded adapter s quick google suggests theses fittings are 20 quid for 5 he uses 12 ouch must be a lot cheaper in new zealand. As a pararalel chiller sounds cool
