1Kg Med Spraymalt
1Kg Dem Sugar
Yeast in at 22deg
FG 1056
To 20Lts
On day 7 I will split the brew, 10Lts with Seville Orange Tea leaves, 10Lts with Rhubarb and Custard Tea leaves. (Approx 80gr of each).

Found a Coopers Chocolate Stout 6% ice lolly in freezer, BLM on a hot day brewing!

How'd this come out dude? I know wild weather use a lot of fruit tea in their beers and the taste is very full on, sometimes overly so.

Split the brew today.
10lts with the Orange Tea leaves, 10lts with the Rhubarb and Custard tea leaves. (In a hop sock of course).
FG 1010.
Bottling next weekend.

Bottled this yesterday.
25gr sugar batch prime per 10lts.
The Rhubarb and Custard is BLM! Very smooth, silky and aromatic.
Nicola says it tastes like `Raspberry Ruffle`!
The Orange is a bit sharp, obviously it will mellow out into a Fantastic Beer!
Totally different mouthfeel to the R&C, so will wait and see.........
Very impressed with the expansion rate of Tea Leaves after a week in the Beer!

Sent from my sofa whilst draining the 250ml leftovers from bottling!
Yes, I could have used a 250ml bottle and kept it, but a 330ml bottle was used instead. (Forward Planning).
