hi guys
I have made a 46 ltr batch of IPA in 2 23 ltr fermenting buckets both with safeale s-04.
my sg was 1050 and 2 weeks later it's sitting at 1010 but still has krausen on top of both buckets.
Im hoping to dry hop for 5 days, my temperature started at 18 deg and i raised the temp to 20 deg after 10 days but still has not dropped.
Will i transfer to secondary or just wait? advice would be appreciated guys.

It's done. Dry hop it.
For now the krausen is protecting the beer for you. When you're ready to bottle or keg you can stick a racking came through the krausen.

Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast, Seaweed, Blood, Sweat, The swim bladder of a sturgeon, My enemies tears, Scenes of mild peril, An otter's handbag and Riboflavin.

Forget the secondary, it just another step to oxygenate/infect/drop your beer.
It’s generally accepted that dry hopping towards the end of fermentation is a positive thing as the remaining active yeast will drive off any small traces of O2 in the leaf. Without driving off those delicate aromas/oils.

I would say that's done.
The "quarter points" rule is a good guide for expected final gravity. OG - 1050, FG is a quarter of 50, so about 1012. 1010 is very good attenuation of around 79%. Should be about 5.2% ABV.
