ive got all these ingrediants left over from other brews thought id use them up, its mashing now im thinking American Amber .
Does it look ok as i dont normally do this kind of thing

0.400 kg Crystal Light -
0.200 kg Caravienne Malt
0.200 kg Special B Malt
0.100 kg Wheat Malt, Ger
31.55 g Centennial [10.00 %] - Boil 20.0 min Hop 14 18.7 IBUs -
31.55 g Ahtanum [5.00 %] - Boil 10.0 min Hop 15 5.6 IBUs -
31.55 g Cascade [5.50 %] - Boil 10.0 min

Should be good! According to Hopslist both the Centennial and the Ahtanum are similar to Cascade. So you should end up with a nice spicy, citrusy beer. It'll only have about 30 IBUs (you haven't listed the IBUs from the Cascade, but it'll probably be similar to the Ahtanum).

Assuming you're making the usual 23 or so litres you'll end up with a beer at about 5%. For my taste buds I'd up the IBUs to closer to 40. If you're using up leftovers then I'd get back into your recipe calculator and see what happens if you add 10 minutes to the boil time for both the Centennial and the Ahtanum.
