Decided to make my own Counter pressure beer can filler, still work in progress, more to follow.
Rather than post a series of pictures, I have published another video.

The silicone hose might not be the best alternative, since they let in quite a bit of oxygen. Anyhow, the real McCoy is available at the Malt Miller now: https://www.themaltmiller.co.uk/product ... an-filler/

Re: Can Counter pressure filler
Silicone hose is indeed slightly permeable, and in this size has a large surface area for the volume, too. So there might be better choices if the beer were to be sitting in it for long periods.
But if the intention is simply to transfer beer, within discrete canning sessions, the oxygen ingress then is a very small amount by normal home-brewing standards (no different really from using it to bottle through, for example). So in this scenario probably only LODO enthusiasts would have much to lose.
Though possibly beer line (or similar) may be an alternative, and it may also depend on the pressure rating needed. I do like the flexibility of silicone hose though, and especially the ability to autoclave it for this type of use.

Seems to work!
Maybe you could you use the tube if you made the base lower?
