I got some Great Western brumalt to experiment with and did this yesterday.
2 lbs (.9 kg) golden light dme
8.5 ozs (238 g) maris otter malt
6 ozs (168 g) brumalt
1 oz (14 g) pale chocolate malt
1 oz (14 g) victory malt.
.2 oz EKGs

It's made by Great Western and fairly new on the market. G. W. gave some to Denny Conn to try out and he shared some with me.

I took a gravity reading after a week: 1.040-1.009. I took a taste and detected a moderate sweetness and decent body for a 1.009 beer. I sometimes brew something similar with Crystal malt(s) instead of brumalt. I prefer this version.
