Why did you ferment so warm? Never heard of a beer being fermented at this temperature.

Amazing! Top end of its range is 100°F/38°C.

Really looking forward to hearing how the beer tastes.

Drinking it now no real yeast flavor dropped like a stone after 2 days chilling only used Irish moss no gelatin as well give it a go needs a bit of jigging to get to 40c
