For 15lt working on 68% efficiency,og 1041 volume 4.1%
optic - 2380g
crystal - 380g
pale chocolate - 50g
flaked barley - 160g
torrified wheat - 100
hops
challenger - 13g boil 90min
challenger - 5g last 15 min
first gold - 5g last 15 min
first gold - 10g last min

She's back fuelled up and the first addition is in.
Going well so far only i'm trying to do two run offs from my 15lt tun, at 68% efficiency and 3kg of grain to 2.5l of water plus an additional 8 litres there aint no more room for even a nats left bo***ck

No pictures jp,I can't afford to keep the camera I got in batteries couple of photos and they've run dead,,it would add another £3.00 to the brew day
am I being a skin flint.
Today I overshot the volume in the boiler,so after the boil and dropped to the fermenter I had 17lt & 1041, instead of 15lt at 1041.Will that affect the bitterness by much and I went with nottingham yeast.
