Well after holding out for all of four days I decided to have a swift taster of my first all grain brew....

Mmmmm, very hoppy and has certainly got some body to it A huge leap upward in terms of quality over my kit beers.

Nice and clear too!



Off on hols for a couple of weeks soon so enforced maturation will occur....
