Nice work Wez, I brewed this a fortnight ago (I was previously a Cascade virgin) and it smelt great. Can't wait until it's ready to sup :)

Good stuff Wez 8)

I think Townes IPA is the current 100% Satisfaction/Stunner, Jims most popular brew. :D

Cheers Chaps 8) :D

Had a good day, ended up with what I wanted with the OG 2x 25L FV's at 1.045 I carried loads of trub over though, may end up skimming this one, went for s04 in both FV's in the end rather than using US05 in one, the main reason for this is....I had no US05

The last few pic's...thats all 6 kegs catered for now so time to think about bottling something for winter.

100g Cascade's steeped

Running to FV

1.045 - a murky looking sample, half an hour later it had dropped bright but with loads of trub at the bottom :?

A worthwhile day, you can see all the trub in the leftmost FV

Black bags on and waiting for the first gurgle now. Best have a pint then

The s04 has been busy overnight, this is what they looked like first thing morning, the smell from the FV's is lovely, Cascade are my new favourite!
