Ah ok, searching the forum has told me that the standard H&G 10g strainer is prone to blocking, then cold break trubbage.

I feel a SFV may be needed

This has settled @ 1007 so about 4.3% ABV.

Lovely golden colour, lovely smell, and the newly wed Mrs Munky likes it.

A bit cloudy at the mo, but hopefully a few weeks in a corny, in the newly freecycled fridge will sort that out.
