Sounds like i'm not the only one who only has enough time/money to make one or two batches per month

I make mine, test it after 10 days, transfer to barrel (and bottles this time) then just as it's tasting great it's gone.

I think I'll take some sleeping pills so I can't get to my beer

I can only afford to brew a couple of times every few months does this mean i am poor even if it's 7 cornies worth at a time
