AG #3: Kamikaze (With Pics)
Update:
This has been in the corni for 10 days and what better day than a bank holiday to give it its first taste?
I have to say, it is very similar to the original Dent Brewery product but it has a slight characteristic I have noticed in all my brews thus far. I think it is a combination of the yeast (S04) and fermentation temp (23C). I am gonna try nottingham at 20C next and see what happens.
Best thing is, I can really notice an improvement in quality with each brew and I know it won't be too long before I nail it. Anyway, a lovely pic to whet your appetites
