I use the Bayou high pressure burners as well. They are AWESOME. I picked mine up from the states on ebay for £60 including postage. Total bargain. Subsonic.

I heated 34 ltrs of cold scottish water from 3 degrees to 72 degrees in the time it took me to weigh out 5 kgs of grain and generally mess about in the garage retaping my grain bags and tidying them away and thinking about other brews(i will time it some day but its that fast, time it takes doesn't even come into it any more! i love the sound these burners make when they are full wound open. Not trying to influence you or anything Carphunter but if you've got the room I.E outside brewing in the garage the propane burners are the way to go. Only thing i would suggest is that the burner you at looking at is specific to that pot and vice versa and i don't know what all the gubbins is hung off the front of it. I recognise the propane regulator as its the same high flow reg mine came with. Not sure if i see the benefit in spending extra(and its a lot of extra) for the shaped pan and extra gubbbins. Anyway, let us know how you get on and if there;s anything you want to know about the propane i'll help if i can.
