Yes, you could certainly call it an IPA, but British IPAs aren't coming on to pumps at 5.3% often these days with a few exceptions, and the S-05 and plentiful Cascade should give it a hop hit more typical of APA clones, hopefully, without too much alcohol. I'm looking forward to this one as the style is a personal favourite, and I'm still sorely tempted to throw in more Cascades as dry hops, but don't want to end up being the only person who enjoys it. I'm bottling a few too, so maybe i'll take it along to some sort of meeting along with a few other bottles sometime in the future and get an independent slating
