Mmmm, looks good DaaB!

I've been impressed with the speed which gelatine clears a brew - effective, long shelf life, easy to obtain and cheap as chips. What a combo :lol:

DAAB did you use the same method as Jim,only when I tried it.it ended up going back to jelly as soon as I poured it in the beer before racking to bottles.am I doing something wrong.

So you added the gelatine the same time as the sugar.

Looks good to me daab :D . Be interested to see what you think of the taste as imo it was a very tidy beer, in fact one of the best tinned available but has not been on top form on draught around these parts recently which is a shame
