Hi everyone,
I have one more question for you all.
On my husbands birthday I would like to take him to do something beer orientated on the day. Does anyone have any ideas? For example, are there any organisations that run courses on how to make beer?
All ideas welcome!
Georgina

Re: Beginner - what kit should I buy?
According to the list in my copy of The Microbrewers' Handbook the nearest Brewery Visitor Centres to Maidenhead are Hook Norton in Banbury, Badger Brewery in Blandford Forum and Shepherd Neame in Faversham.Ditch wrote:georgehastings wrote:

David Smith of Brewlab based in Yorkshire runs courses that are aimed at people started up commercial microbreweries and they do a one day course which utilises the York Brewery's premises.georgehastings wrote: For example, are there any organisations that run courses on how to make beer?

If it's half as good as their excellent Zebedee brew then it's worth a visit.Shane wrote: I've heard that the Rebellion Brewery in Marlow is very good.
