Thank you the advice..

Would there be any lasting harm to flavour or CO2 if I released the tops to allow some gas to escape, as these are REALLY bulging!

Beer has been bottled for 15 days - so I thought I would give it a try...and here are my results:

1. Some hiss and fizz when opening.
2. Small head that lasts for a few minutes
3. Very small bubbles to the bottom of glass
4. Lovely colour and balanced taste good..could do with a more honey flavour
5. Notice a nice collection of sediment in bottle

PROBLEM: looks cloudy - how can I reduce this? (see attachment)
