Hi guys.

I started a fermentation last Sunday and all seemed to be going well until Thursday night when the yeast head collapsed. It had dropped from 1044 to 1019 but it's not moved for 3 days despite rousing 2 days ago and adding S04 yesterday when I roused again. The temperature has been constant at 22oC, I know that's a little warm but I have an acquarium heater set to 18oC and that's what it settles at! Is it too near FG to aerate? We go on holiday in 4 days and I wanted to cask it before then. Any ideas?? The FV is 20L and conical, when I open the waste tap I get a thick slurry oozing out....
