it certainly is just like malibu. i am ready to bottle on my next spare day. uummmmmmmmmmmm this is one weird hop indeed it seems very very smooth and a definate coconut flavour. final gravity down to 1008 this new nottingham is the dogs balls

bottling today how many 500ml bottles will just over 15 litres fill think i may be a bit short here. got over 200 bottles bottled up in the shed!

Personally, I don't like the flavour of Sorachi Ace hops. They remind me of Cream Soda. I don't get any citrus off them at all. I've had the Brewdog single hop S.A, and now I've had Thornbridge Raven in a bottle, which is a mix with Nelson and Centennial. The S.A overpowers all other flavours and tastes, as mentioned of cream soda.
That's not to say that you wont like it, as all my mates seem to rave about it. Horses and courses springs to mind.

Drinking my first pint of this now.
Very distinct hop this Sorachi Ace.
Still get the coconut and lemon grass in taste and aroma.
I recommend this if you like something different.
