Yes, if you brew 'short' with a concentrated wort and add water at the fv stage. you'll need to pay attention to your hopping rates to make sure you get them correct

As far as I'm aware all of greames recipes only need 10 litres

Edit to that it's 18 litres so I'd have a litre of dead space

leaves just 1 litre of headspace in your boiler to cope with possible rolling boilovers.... bit close for my liking
