Try to accumulate a bunch of 1 gallon carboys (I don't know about UK, but crappy wine is sold in them here,) brew as normal then split it into comparative batches.

Edit: forgot the Syrian Goldings (Celeia)
I've just put another Wherry on with Chinook / Magnum steeped - tea to FV , 7 days on I've dry hopped with Chinook / Cascade , smells bloomin' lovely... :=P

Chuck a few in and see how you go  It will be fine .....

I'm happily drinking my first Chinook hopped Wherry, and it is by FAR BETTER than the Festival Stag I did at the same time ;)

Now that's not a bad idea for a future brew, but I plan to keg most of this brew (15L of it), so maybe I'll pull a hop name from a hat ;-)

Well after writing the different hop names of scraps of paper, my daughter selected Celeia (Styrians) and as I have 60g in stock, I will be steeping 30g for 30mins and dry hopping with the other 30g on day 7ish.

I will also be brewing to 21L with just the kit tins of extract.

I won't set it off for a couple of weeks because I haven't got a free keg!

Celeia sound perfect... =D>

Don't brew it short, stick 500g of brew sugar in and make 25 L - more and stronger beer :=P

Trust me , it works.

Can't help thinking that it must end up pretty thin?

Nope, far from it.....superb. ;)

The hops make up for it, for me anyway :)

I'm currently brewing my 3rd hopped 25 L batch. ;)

Any chance on an update on these brews? How are they a couple of months or so on?

I'm currently planning future brews, you see and this one sounds very interesting!
