For a recent pale ale I used the pale ale profile in the spreadsheet. My water is even softer with about 15 ppm calcium and very little else and it required about 8 g of gypsum in the mash with a few other small quantities of other salts. I forget the quantity for the sparge water. Mine was a 25 litre batch so for your 50 litre batch it doesn't sound far out.
