Think as has been mentioned I've miss named it and it should be a Double IPA (or variation of). Brewdogs Hardcore IPA (also sold as Tesco's Finest Double IPA) is a widely available example but I'm sure others will be able to list some much better ones.

Sierra Nevada (Tesco) is a pretty safe shout. They practically defined the APA and as a result are partially responsible for IPA's now being so far forward as they are (after all, you can't have a APA/PA thats more hoppy than an IPA now can you :D

Looks good. You planning to dry hop? On my latest minibatch I chucked a load of hops in a sanitised sieve (with filter cloth) and poured the hot wort over it. The FV smells amazingly hoppy, more so than i usually get with flame out hops.

Hoping to get this on this Friday but am dropping the dry hop as it'll be lost if I'm storing the beer for 12 months.

Can anyone offer any advice on mash temp and time? I was thinking of trying a 60min mash at 67º?

Also, should I add the sugar at the start, end or half way through the boil?

Had a slight change in hops so it now looks like this:

I've got some cider to bottle Friday morning but hopefully the HLT will be well on its way to warm by lunch time! :)
