Hi Calum, I made a Russian Imperial Stout last November and its turned out really good, made 30 odd 300ml bottles and it has been sampled over a few months and its getting even better the longer its left to mature. It will be the RIS's 1st Birthday on the 4th November 2013 so I am very excited about how its going to taste after 12 months in the bottle =P~ It did come out at 11.7% but you could always tweak the recipe to suit your desired ABV :wink:
