As mentioned yesterday, this was brewed yesterday. Had planned to pitch the yeast last night but I opted to do it this morning and allow the beer to cool naturally.
Final gravity was 1.063 (a bit more than I expected but I'm happy with that).
I pitched the yeast this morning around 11:30 after thrashing the life out of the wort.
It's going like a steam train with a thick head on it already. I'm preying it's something to do with the fruit and not a bacterial infection as I've never had a beer take off so quickly before :?

It's far too early to worry just yet though but I'll keep checking on the FV
