Did you have the lid on as the pressure differential will do that, you only need to have the lid on to stop stuff dropping into the beer. So if you do want the lid on have it so it is loose so air can get in, as the other option is the air gets in through your bottling stick and oxidises your wort and that would make the day painfulbooldawg wrote:The bottles seemed to take longer to fill the more you did.
