I have transferred the brew into a budget barrel tonight. For those who are interested, the Brewlab yeast fermented the brew from 1042 down to 1010.

The yeast also settled down nice & hard in the bottom of the fv, I probably could have poured the brew off it, not that I would of course! :lol:
