Honestly a week below zero will do it. I wouldn't mess around with finings unless you've got a serious problem. I was considering polyclar but I used Gelatin and the beer is crystal clear even before any significant lagering. Because you're drawing off from the bottom of the keg, all the polyphenols and proteins are naturally going to be drawn off first. The top 3/4s of your keg are probably bright. You do need to mix polyclar very thoroughly, ideally by rolling the keg about. And this will undo the lagering to an extent. RDWHAHB!

Trying a pint of this after a good month and a half lagering at around 3C.
Pretty stunning, the malt and hop character is actually enhanced somehow. When I served it at christmas there was just a hint of grain husk tannin but it's as smooth as anything now.
It's a bit too malty though. A bit like sucking on a toffee. It could do with a decent kick of bitterness to balance it. I think I would cut the melanoidin down to 1 or 2 % next time. Unfortunately, judging by the weight of it, only about 6 - 7 pints left
Close to becoming my house pilsner if I can work on the balance a little.
