I'd agree with this or how about a few free kegs for the organisers. If they're going to cost £15 each then for £16.50 each we could give 10% of the kegs to the boys.
Discuss........

I regularly drive between Chester (Ch39ET) (north west) and Nottingham, now my car is only little but I think I could fit 10ish (in fact maybe more with some careful arranging) into it at a push. So I think I could easily deliver at least 50 to the northwest over 5 trips or so, Every little helps as they say.

+1 for definitely fair. Perhaps if the cost is just worked out so that each organiser gets theirs free, and the remaining cost is split?
On another note, Please can I be added to the list for 2 in the w.midlands Steve? (sorry to be a dripping tap.. im guessing you are getting swamped with messages!!!)

I run my own business and am not afraid to act as accountant and put it through my account but would prefer if the money could be there in my palm before placing the order.
Do think a local brewery would be equally well placed to do this....not twisting arms but it could legitimately form part of their books as akin to the business!
Remember guys if there is a huge influx of cornies - if you were thinking of using this as a money making oppo - there is no point trying to sell these on as there will be too much supply for demand for a while.
In fact, conversely, I thought you best order you taps now as the reverse will be true!

right me and RS have a sheet now, and if this work you should be able to see the list as it is updated
RS will add to earlier post later
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/pub ... utput=html
if it works the map should load aswell if not ill check later
it does take a while to load as areas are not exact so google has to think about it

I cant imagine anyone better suited to watching every penny than you Matt.
To everyone. Matt even has the price of the ink that goes onto the bottle label costed and factored into the price of the brew. Thorough dont come into it.

If greensxpaddy is up for the main accounts job, I've no problem acting as the second on the account. My quals for the job is business analyst in a larg company, and spec'ing smaller projects iro £250k. Ok not the cut and thrust of running your own business, but big office bolitics can be really vicious.
let me know if I'm needed

The trouble is their costs are very good. Just taken delivery of two 80l thermos for less than £200 delivered. Good costs and a good turn around.
