HALCYON PALE MALT 9130 gms
CRYSTAL MALT 740 gms
WHEAT MALT 530 gms
BLACK MALT 210 gms

HOPS 40 EBU boil time 90 minutes

GOLDINGS 106 gms

Add 10 gms BRAMLINg CROSS and 10 gms FUGGLES last 15 minutes.

Yeast of your choice probabley on of the high alcohol yeasts.
