fennel seeds

I tried some of that chalky's bite the other month , i quite liked it and I notice it had fennel seeds as an ingredient . anyone used these ? any guesses as to how much I should chuck in ?

dunno realy, i thought that maybe the aniseed might have contributed to it tasting so fresh but to be honest i didnt actually taste fennel in there.
