Bitter complete....

Well, the bitter I recently brewed is about complete. I checked the gravity this morning and it was a tad below 1.010. My starting gravity was 1.032 and it tastes wonderful. I can confirm that the White Labs English Ale Blend is a fantastic yeast. English Bitter or West Coast Pale Ale?? Who cares!! They're both *&^%$# excellent!
