My mate phoned me last night, he was making up a Coopers Bitter kit and he decided to add some hops.
He used 25 grames of fuggles hops, boiled in liquor from the tin for 5 mins and left to stand for 20 mins.
He said the kit tasted very bitter, he's not added hops before so he's not sure if this is right.
Do you think he added too many hops and if so can anything be done?
